I recently had an experience at Advance Auto Parts that I feel deserves recognition. David was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed instead of just rushing me through the process. It’s clear he cares about customer service and knows his stuff. The big red-headed guy, also named David, was just as friendly and approachable. He kept things light with a great attitude while still being professional and efficient. It’s always nice walking into a store where employees actually seem to enjoy helping customers. Overall, the team at Advance Auto Parts made the experience smooth and stress-free. Great customer service all around — I’ll definitely be coming back because of these guys.

Let’s be honest, warranties can sometimes feel confusing or frustrating, but these guys made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable. Big Dave was extremely knowledgeable and explained the warranty details clearly so I understood exactly what was covered and for how long. I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to the older gentleman with the white handlebar mustache. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the right headlights for my vehicle. He made sure I understood my options and even offered helpful tips for installation.

Employee Roy went above and beyond to help me with the problem my vehicle was having The service I received was friendly and courteous. Everyone whom I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. A big thank you to them for their help.😊

David helped my daughter out by testing her failing battery. He offered to jump her car when it didn’t start. She then bought a new battery that he installed. He called us after we left because he realized we were over charged $23.00. David was very professional and respectful!
