Excellent customer service very friendly. Definitely one of the better experiences in the area. They gave my son these rubber duckies and it absolutely made his day.

I am VERY Disappointed in the District Manager for this location!!! Very Rude and Unhelpful!!! I purchased a battery online for my daughter who lives near this location . She thought she needed a battery because her car wouldn't start. Ended up they need to replace the entire engine due to other issues. My daughter ended up getting another used car. I totally understand that they couldn't refund the battery but why couldn't they offer at least a store credit for other parts??? They really could have used a Credit at minimum. I use to be a loyal customer but no longer!!!

They took the time to make sure I got my part had to order it, but it was there the same day!! I was super pleased. I never expected to get the part the same day. And it cost $100.00 less than what I was expecting to pay. Thank you Advance auto 🚘 . For helping me get my car back on the road and doing it at a good fair price.

It was all unexpected. I started to break down about a block away with my dog, so I managed to crawl through the alley before overheating. They ran diagnostics and helped me figure out what was wrong and gave my dog some water, since my car was out of commission. Unfortunately, I had to get my vehicle towed to a mechanic and they weren't able to pick it up immediately, but Advance staff let my car sit in the lot temporarily (out of the way) until the following morning. I'll never forget how friendly and accommodating they were to me that day. As a local business, they have earned my loyalty.

Best Advance Auto parts I’ve ever been too. Love this store! Great people there, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Gotta say, this is one parts store I’d be lost without.
