I get my parts on time at a good price and good service with the right part! 11/22/22 store is still delivering good service and most parts you need. 3/21/24: Made an online purchase stopped for food to go, then parts to go and on my way home! Great service!

Overall, this store isn't the worst Advanced Auto I've been to. But, it isn't the best either. It's hit or miss with this one. Sometimes, customer service is awesome & other times I will have to wait 5-10 mins for help with one to two other people in the store. If you need something & don't want to, or can't shop around, the likelihood of this place having what you need is high. But, don't come here expecting much guidance in figuring out the simplest of mechanical issues you're having with your vehicle. Most of the employees are just cashiers with little to no knowledge of the trade they're selling. Most are commendable & try to be helpful. That's always a plus 👍in the world 🌎 we live in today!

Manager was unnecessarily rude and refused to give me a refund even though no one took the time to tell me there was a refund policy at the time of purchase, and i didn’t even use the part😫all because its electrical, now I’m out $160 as a single hard working parent, and all autozone is gonna do is apologize in the comments, horrible horrible way to run a business I truly wish I could speak to someone in corporate
