Advance Auto Parts

I received a message that my order was ready, but when I went to the store, they said the order was canceled, which is ridiculous. I don't want to come here again; the employees are not respectful.

I'd like to give a shout out to Chris that works at the Advance Auto Parts very knowledgeable helpful was able to get me the part I needed at a different store well help me order a part at a different store Advance store of course so thanks Chris

I am reading all of these wonderful posts about customer service and I’m just in shock because my experience today really was terrible. I was walking around the store not sure where to find the battery for my car key fob. I come around the corner, still not finding it, and I see a worker looking for something on the shelf. I kindly said excuse me sir, I was trying to figure out where to look for a battery for my key fob. He sits there, it felt extremely awkward.
