Gekalyn at the Jefferson Avenue location was extremely helpful to me with my wifes car battery. He has an awesome attitude and went above and beyond. I really appreciated the service.

I don’t remember the women’s name who helped me but she’s a black women with curly hair. She was AMAZING !! I came in there stressed because I didn’t know what was going on with my car, she did everything she could to make sure I left there with a running car. I’m a young girl who doesn’t know much about vehicles so it means a lot to me when I’m able to go somewhere that has people like her. She was so kind and patient with me. She made sure to walk me through everything so that I understood what I was buying and why I needed it. Another employee, I think his name is nasim? Maybe something close to that, he was very helpful too and did a wonderful job at making sure my car was running smoothly before I left. People like them make me want to stay a loyal customer whenever I’m in need ! They

Always a go to. Just watch the new female store manager she dint know what she’s doing 🤷🏾‍♀️ as well as puts words on your mouth. Avoid her

Went in today Feb. 17th and was serviced by Brandon S. He was very kind. He replaced the battery on my 2011 Ford Focus. He did a good job, and speedy service. He found me a good affordable priced battery. I appreciate that, would definitely recommend this location to others.

Came into today having a whole meltdown not knowing what was going on with my Mercedes. Met DJ and I believe Christine. They were FABULOUS!!!!!! They gave me a printout of what my car needed, found an alternator near by, assisted with helping me purchase a battery and told me what to look for with my vehicle. Two women, very knowledgeable with excellent customer service!!!! I’m going back for the other parts on my list!!!! I’ve only been in Newport News for 3 weeks so I don’t know anyone here. They helped me dry my tears today and I left with a new battery and a plan to get the other issues fixed. This will be my new auto parts store!!!!!!! Check them out guys for real. I prayed and God answered by directing me to them this morning!!!!!
