Had to get new windshield wipers last week as well as a lightbulb for my car. Steve was very helpful (and funny) and installed them for me even in the nasty cold.
Don’t advertise free battery instillation, if you’re “limited on the kind of batteries they let us change”. They just didn’t want to do it in the cold.
Website states this location is open till 7pm as does the door sign on saturdays but here it is not even 430pm and they are closed, if they wont work the required hours hire somone that will, this isnt the first time ive been here and they were closed early just save your time and go to the advance on niagara falls blvd jesus.
They were knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They helped us quickly by installing a battery in freezing weather. The price was slightly higher than the local chain store but the warranty was 3 years more and there was no waiting for hours before they got to us. Their bathroom was shockingly one of the cleanest I've ever seen before. The staff is polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will shop here again.
