Went into this store in search of a specific product that I was unable to locate at several other stores. Not only did they have what I was looking for but we're happy to assist. The lady employee was just so excited to be of assistance. I'll be back! Thanks advanced

I had an excellent experience shopping at Advance Auto Parts, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Cherish, the store manager. I came in looking for a specific product, and Cherish not only recommended a great option but also went above and beyond to order more when they were sold out. She kept me updated on the status of the order and let me know as soon as it arrived. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made all the difference in my shopping experience. Stopped in to pick up a order. There was a average size guy with brown hair behind the counter. He didn't greet me so I walked right up to him and he never even looked at me. He just started walking down the counter and I followed him. He still never said a word. So I finally spoke up in order to get him to help me. He spoke with a very low uninterested voice. There was also a girl at the far end of the counter just sitting on a stool. She never offered any help either. These employees are rude and very unprofessional. I would never go into this store again. The people who own this store need to hire some normal employees who actually wait on and greet the customers. Isn't this supposed to be the 21st Century? The lady at this store, wish I had gotten her name, but she was so sweet and helped me track down my brakes order for a refund for the warranty. It took her 2 minutes out of her day and made my life so much easier. She was so appreciated
