Terrible service and poor customer service especially from the gentleman named Valery, I bought my battery and had to install it myself, through his comments he assumed that I had to pay something extra for the installation service, he made excuses about the weather, how difficult it is to remove the battery, we are talking about a Ford Transit!!!! Outside they have a sign that says battery testing and installation is FREE, is this false advertising??? After finishing the installation, I went up to him and asked if he could erase the symbol on my dashboard with the scan tool, to which he replied, I wasn’t the one who installed it, is that serious? AdvancedParts, please be more rigorous with your hiring process, people have to be passionate about what they do everywhere. 8/12/25

I was impressed with Gennie and Keyna they are very professional, polite always smiling. I couldn't of asked for more . Especially in Miami that rare to find people like that. Give them a reward . I just did . Thanks

If you're not African American, you'll be treated poorly even if you speak English. I came here with a problem, and then my neighbor came and was helped. This store discriminates against the Hispanic community, and that leaves much to be desired. Even if you speak English well, people will exclude you from the store's services.

Was having car troubles and came in. Staff was kind, patient and very accommodating. They discovered it was my battery and hooked me up with a new one. Big thanks to Jimmy.
