This place is trash , sell crap parts and then fight to refund . Call corporate and then speak to general manager. Get told to come back and get refund. Do so and get told no again . We live an hour out and have spent more than enough wasted time with this trash. Will no longer shop here and will tell friends and family not to do so as well. Had to dispute with our credit card. SMH
The guys working here were wonderful! I was visiting from Denver and got caught in a flash flood, which ended up hydrolocking my engine. I made several trips to Advanced Auto, trying to troubleshoot before I knew what the issue was and the two guys on shift (I wish I remembered their names) were extremely helpful both over the phone and during my numerous trips to the shop. I am extremely appreciative for their help.
The guys who work here are AMAZING! On a road trip, my battery light came on, so my boyfriend and I stopped to get the code run. The guys ran the code and we found out the alternator was bad. They sold me a new alternator and let my boyfriend borrow tools to fix it. They kept the store open late for us and even helped at times. I really appreciate this incredible customer service and kindness. Thank you!!
