They claim to be the best auto part store in Norwich Connecticut I do not believe that their part numbers can't even be cross-referenced total waste of my time and money dealing with them it's way better to pay a little extra and get the exact part you need right away and they have no business talking about the other auto parts stores the proof is in the pudding. And frankly they're pudding is no good. There are several different options for my car all they had to do is tell me to get them a part number they could cross reference the part but no they were not able to do that and then when I told them they gave me the wrong part they still said that's the only one out there for that car that's not true there are several different types of radiator hoses for this car if you don't know that y
I recently visited to have my car battery checked, and I had a great experience. NANCY was especially helpful—she checked everything thoroughly and confirmed that I didn’t need a new battery yet, which I appreciated. From the moment I arrived, all the employees greeted me with a warm “good morning,” which made the place feel very inviting. Overall, excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this store!
