STEVE IS THE MAN!!!! HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED AND WHEN I NEED IT!!! He is the man to call or go to. Very patient NEVER EVER RUDE. I have never went anywhere else but to here! I love all the team that works here. So very helpful. I highly recommend this advance auto parts. If they do not have what you're looking for they will go out of their way to either order it or try to figure something out on how to get it to you. I have to give a 100% to ADDEN. HE'S REALLY AMAZING. VERY PATIENT WITH MY WIFE LIZ THAT COMES IN THERE AND IF SHE'S NOT SURE ABOUT SOMETHING HE WILL TAKE TIME TO LET HER CALL ME AND THEN HE WILL STEP IN AND HELP NO MATTER WHAT. HONESTLY AMAZING GUY. I came in today with a 2020 Honda pilot with a close to dead battery. They were able to change it for me free of charge! I am so pleased and happy with the service I received! They were happy and more than ready to help! Thank you

This place deserves 0 stars, the managers are rude and they are always trying to look for an excuse so they won't give you a refund or honor the warranty on the product,was a loyal customer since the store opened until today.

Employee was busy but still stopped to greet me and tell me It'd be just a moment. Much better service than next door. Edit 8-13-25 I went next door to AutoZone to check prices and they were the same price for the radiator I needed. The difference was the employees. At AutoZone, the employee didn't even know that mustang was made by Ford... But here at advanced, he knew exactly what car it was and made sure he ordered me the right part while talking a little about my car. i hope you pay these employees well, because they are what's keeping customer's coming back!! Great work!
