I’ve been working in Olean but I’m from out of state. I do a lot of driving between NH and here so I have been using this location for my basic auto part needs. Last night I needed new wiper blades for my truck and came here thinking I was just getting blades. The store attendant, Dakota, stepped right up and helped me through the process and through his expert knowledge, helped me to select the perfect fit and style for my application. I’ve been buying blades for years and thought I knew what I was doing but this young man really knows his blades which absolutely impressed me. He even installed them for me which I thought was fantastic. Dakota really deserves to be recognized for his exceptional customer service and knowledge of the parts being sold. I am one very happy customer.

Had to buy a u joint from the Olean store they charged me $37.99 for car quest brand one week later when their junk part failed I was shocked when I was at AutoZone a moog I joint was $18.99........ no more advanced for this guy keep your over priced junk

I needed a new windshield wiper and stopped here to see if they carried the brand I wanted. They had what I needed in stock. The whole transaction took about 3 minutes. The person at the counter was very helpful.

Friendly staff and double checked the part number for me. Recomend this store, good service and prices.
