When I went to pick up my diehard platinum battery from the advance auto zone on 13400 NW 27th Ave, Opa-locka, FL 33054, I was informed that on online orders for batteries they do not offer free installation which I referred her to advertising on the website and store posters stating free install. She went on to say that she didn’t know and that at times the male employees help but that’s out of courtesy. That is the second time where that location had treated me that way when I purchase a $250 battery online in advance auto zone website. I went to the policy on the website and it indeed stated free installation with battery purchases (I purchased the car battery in the image as well)

Great store always getting help from Marisol. She is wonderful accurate very helpful attentive to the customer and Customer service always on point

I called this specific location because this is where I purchased my car battery. Unfortunately I didn’t have the receipt so it was hard to give the individual information, but he went above and beyond helping me to try to figure out that information which he did, and the result was I had to buy a new battery. But I wouldn’t hesitate to do business again just because of there customer service I received and the will to work with customers over the phone instead of quickly hanging up or just saying were too busy please come in.
