Advance Auto Parts

I was able to get everything I needed. It was not crowded and Service was great. They helped me to find what I needed.

Poor customer service. I’ve done business at this store many times so I guess that’s why I’m so disappointed. I went in the store with my daughter to buy a new battery. We walked up to the counter and not a word was said to us. No one asked how can I help you or said sir will be right with you. A couple of them looked at us and kept working on the computer while a couple more were talking to each other in the back. We stood there almost 5 minutes. Needless to say, I politely picked up my old battery and went to O’reilly’s where I was immediately greeted and waited on like they wanted my business. I guess that’s where I’ll be going from now on. 🤷🏽‍♂️

We were shocked at the response from employee here. Brought in a short rubber fuel line to match size. They did not know what it was, asked me what it was, then what size (5/16), then without looking said they did not have fuel lines. Is this an auto parts store without knowledge of rubber fuel lines ? Went to O'Reilly's and they had a rack with at least 9 types and sizes.

The most worthless employee I’ve ever seen. It is 11:15am Sunday January 26, 2025. One customer inside store by oil filters. I’m standing at counter in front of him, ; minutes pass he hasn’t acknowledged my existence. I speak and inquire about coolant hose for 2016 f150 5.0l. He informed me there were none. I said I hadn’t told you which I needed. He said they had no hoses of any sort for an f150. I find this very hard to believe. I won’t be back I did go online and check inventory for coolant hoses which they did have in stock

I appreciate the fact that, unlike other local parts stores, these guys aren’t lazy. And will do what they can to thier limits to make sure the customer leaves happy. And I’m not only speaking from my experience, I’m speaking about the way they handle themselves, the guy two customers ahead of me was being rude and giving them a hard time. But that didn’t stop the tall guy with long hair to handle the next customer with a smile and great service. I ended up needing a part that was normally pricey everywhere else but this guy took the time to make sure I got the right part for the right price. Will definitely be going back for future parts.
