Mike and Jonathan were absolutely awesome! Even though it was close to closing time, they quickly helped me change my battery. The manager, Mike, went out of his way to make an exception so I wouldn’t be stranded, and Jonathan was extremely efficient and professional. Excellent customer service!

Was in the area visiting and needed a part quick. Adam and Logan were incredible. Helped me with the trailer hitch I needed that was not at a different store nearby. Also helped me with removing the old part on my truck that was stuck. Excellent experience, will definitely be coming back when I’m back in the area..

Since Mike was transferred to another location, this Advance Auto has gone downhill. He was the most knowledgeable, reliable, and customer-focused employee in the store. My family buys a lot of parts because my husband works on cars, and Mike always knew exactly what we needed, never made mistakes, and provided excellent service every single time. The store has not been the same since he left — customer service, accuracy, and overall organization have noticeably declined. We truly need Mike back at this location. He was the reason many of us came here instead of other parts stores.
