My exhaust pipe fell, and being in a current financial pinch, I decided to try to fix it myself. Chris helped me step by step, and he never treated me like anything but an equal. I'm a chick, and it's not uncommon in automotive situations to get treated like a child. But boy Chris helped, and every time I ran into the next problem, I stopped back in and he solved it! Great employee... What a great experience.
Love this place. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Got my battery tested here and they told me it should be good at least through winter. Didn’t try and push a sale on me. I will continue to give this Advance auto all my business.
I went here yesterday to rent a ball joint press and the guy was great. He went over everything with me and explained it would be better to return the tool in the evening so that they will have the funds available in the drawer to refund me the cost. I will definitely use this store again in the future.
I have to say I am a fan of Advanced Auto Parts myself. Typically, they have good prices, quality products, and knowledgeable salesmen. This store met my expectations 99%. The store (including the floors) was clean, well stocked, and organized, and the employee who waited on me did an exceptional job. Did they have what I needed? More importantly, the one I wanted? Yes! Was the salesman kind, knowledgeable, and respectful? Absolutely! Did I like the price? Hell No! I needed a battery for a Jeep. Typicall, this is a more expensive item, and I knew that going in. I bought a battery for a Jeep about 2 1/2 years ago (different car) and was expecting to pay a little more due to prices of everything being out of control. But the price blew me away!
