Bought a battery and had it installed. They also tested my alternator and all was good. Fast, friendly service
I had a problem with the vehicle battery that I bought at this location more than a year ago intermittently failing to crank my truck. The Advance tech, Melissa Green, replaced my defective battery and installed a new one quickly and efficiently. Most appreciative of this level of customer service. Bought many batteries and other parts and products for various vehicles and machinery here over the years. This quality of service is why I repeatedly come back to this Advance location.
Just want to share that Michael has gone above a beyond the help us with a water pump issue. We purchased a water pump that has a lifetime warranty in Perry. While we were out of town, Michael reached out to a store close to us to ensure we would be able to get a new part exchanged. He also followed up to ensure our vehicle was able to return home after it was fixed. Seriously, appreciate the commitment to service.
GREAT customer service!! The two guys working were amazing. They helped us for several hours while we were broke down, going above and beyond.
