Excellence on customer service. I was able to fix Silver! I love you guys ..... my Silver is 2009 but is the only car my 80 year old Mom will ride. And this is not a paid program ...jaja! So grateful

I made an online purchase based on my car's specifications, but they delivered the wrong parts. When I returned them because they were defective, they charged me for the more expensive parts, and the money I paid online has not been refunded to my account. The staff was impolite and unprofessional.

I went to the plantation location store 09498 where the young man, Chris, is knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. Very happy with his services. He installed my a/c filter and new wipes.

I visited this Advanced Auto Parts location with my children and was very disappointed with the atmosphere. Loud rap music with explicit lyrics was playing inside the store, including excessive cursing. There were also people hanging around outside the entrance, which made the environment feel unprofessional and uncomfortable for a family-oriented visit.

The customer service is outstanding. A big shout out to the team: Ashley, Brett, Sofie and Jay for all their warm help and expertise.
