Poor customer service!!! The manager there they call him "AJ" was very very rude to me!!! I was returning a battery that I had purchased from Advance Auto I few months prior to coming to his store. The battery wouldn't keep a charge i had to charge or jump the battery everytime I went to use the vehicle that the battery was in. So I bought the battery to the closest Advance Auto thinking thats where I purchased it from. Another salesman was helping me he said "I have to charge the battery and then test it before we could make a decision on what can be done" I said fine I'll be back tomorrow. When I returned the same salesman that helped me the day before said that the battery was bad. We can replace it. I didn't have the receipt and the battery wasn't under my phone number in the system bu

They had exactly what we needed( a 20 ft jumper cable) and the service attendant was very kind and helpful.

Poor customer service, I stood in here for almost a half hour just for one jug of antifreeze, so I just walked out

Super nice ppl. My only issue was that they tried to charge me over $200 for a part that cost me $22 on rockauto... I asked the man to explain it & all I got was "you get what you pay for". Unacceptable in any business honestly.

Stopped in this morning at 8:30 because my battery was I believe dying asked the young lady if she could check the battery she said oh there’s a couple drops of rain I’m not allowed to come out in the rain told her OK one across the street to AutoZone the guy came out check the battery it was bad put a new one in for me gave him a $20 tip because there was a couple drops of rain so very disappointed in advance auto no wonder why your stock is down I will make sure to tell all my friends you need better workers or people who care thank You
