Will gladly take your money and then claim they cant process your order. Giant pile of crap and a terrible experience with staff refusing to even attempt to help me with corporate. Their corporate offices of course close so you cant get help.
Went in for a serpentine belt. Originally my cousin was going to do it but he let us know that it might be hard for him since I have a limited Cruze. Brian made sure we didn’t spend any extra money. He came outside to make sure we got the exact part and actually didn’t see anything wrong with the belt but recommended me to a wonderful place to get it checked out just in case. It did need to be replaced but looking at the belt, I can see why he thought it wouldn’t need replacing from a quick glance. He genuinely tried to help.
Rick was very knowledgeable and helped me out. Even installed my wipers for me. Highly recommended

This is THE BEST location I've ever been to! they worked with me on the price of a car battery today, Big time! and the worker even offered to give us a ride to our car after her shift was over! What a saint. Not to mention I've been going here for about 2 years now, and they've literally ALWAYS been this helpful. 4 thumbs up!
