Being a woman in the automotive business is hard. More times than not, when you walk into an establishment you’re going to get screwed over (which almost happened to me). So thankful for people like Nona. She saw that my battery was clearly defective and wasn’t safe for me or my children. I had about 3 months left on my warranty and she made sure to take excellent care of me today. I can rest assured tonight knowing that I’ll be much safer on the road. Thank you so much for all that you do. The world needs more wonderful women like her.

I just want to Thank Ricardo again for all of his help. I came into the store with my brother very stressed, after trying to find an oil fitting cap for my car. He gave us the best helped we’ve ever received from any Auto advance store. He was extremely helpful and nice. I know he was doing his job but he went to great lengths to make sure we didn’t leave without being satisfied. I hope Ricardo reads this, If not please tell him to continue to be himself. Nona is the best, she is always so helpfull answering our calls when we need her. Even when shes at Home. Always sending over parts to my shop so that I get them quicker. Workers like her deserve to work an extended amount of time.

Great place, I was able to find what I needed which was the tire patcher. The staff was great, especially Jaime . 10/10 will come back again

Very helpful experience with Jaime. He has a knowledge for tires and car related problems. I came in there to get new windshield wipers because the ones from Toyota were garbage and ended up leaving with a few things learned.
