Thank you for your help Advanced Auto Parts for help my daughter out. The post below is what I posted on oreillys auto parts review in Portland tn So when did O'reilly Auto parts stop installing batteries in a 2017 nissan versa sl. That is what my daughter was told on 02/17/2026 @1900 hrs @ the Portland Tn location. But that is ok because she was able to go over to Advanced Auto in Portland Tn where she was able to get it installed with no issues and at a better price. Thank you Advanced Auto parts for helping her !!! 1

These guys went out of their way to help us out when our car broke down 6 hours from home. If you are on I65 north of Nashville and your car is acting up, head to the Advance Auto in Portland. I hope corporate knows what a great crew they have in Portland.

I'm a little upset with the website because it was giving me the wrong replacement headlights but Shelley was amazing at handling the situation and did everything possible to make me a happy customer. It's people like Shelley that make repeat customers. Thank you Shelley!

Thank you for the help and discount when it came to help with my battery after receiving the treatment I received from oreillys just down the street. The friendliness and attentiveness were definitely what they needed to be when someone is just wanting help!

Staff is friendly and, in my experiences, goes above and beyond to assist. If you're on Portland, TN (or the general area) and you need auto parts, this is a good option. For me, it's the first choice.
