Terrible service. Bald guy helped me and he was super rude. When you go into an auto part store you expect them to know things. Atleast a little about cars or at least customer service ? Terrible will not ever return

Easy to locate on Stafford Dr. employees are exceptional individuals. Always precise, never hesitates to help assist, as well as being quite friendly even if their day doesn’t seem to be in their favor. No public restrooms, plenty of parking spaces. Free wiper installation. They seem to remember nearly every customer coming in and going out. We will be doing a lot more business at this location.

Friendly, helpful crew. When my van died in their parking lot, they helped me evaluate the issue, get a tow for my vehicle and transport for myself to a car rental. I would have been up a creek without their help.

When I went there was because my car wouldn't start. My son used jumper cables to start it so I could go get my battery tested. The employees were kind and helpful, not making me feel like a crazy old woman who didn't know what she was talking about. After checking my battery, determining it was indeed dead, they installed a new battery and off i went back home thankful and safe.

Been to this store two times over the last week and service is horrible! Evening shift employees are outside smoking and act like it is a hassle for them to come inside and check you out! I ask for assistance on determining the correct bolt size and the response was, “ that is a unreasonable request”….. Do yourself a favor and go next door and get what you need. Both stores have the same products but customer service is the difference!
