I recently bought a catalytic converter of their website 'guaranteed to fit' my car, it annoyingly did not (Website fault, not this store!) I brought it into my local store and they took it back no questions asked! I appreciate the service and will shopping here for future auto-part needs!
Needed something quick and couldn't wait for Amazon so I thought I'd run down to the local auto parts store and was shocked to see the prices were the same as online! I'll definitely be coming back, service was great, selection was good too!
On Sat I was driving down the road and my windshield wiper flew off my car. It was raining so I felt the urgency to stop and get it fixed. I went into advance auto and spoke with Ricky. I told him what had happened and he said hold on a minute. luckily I was able to get my windshield wiper and he replaced the part that broke on it and put it back on my car for nothing. He was very polite and went above and beyond to help me out. Every time I visit that advance auto they go the extra mile for the customer. They are the perfect example of how you treat people. I wish there were more people like that in today’s world.
