This place is terrible every time I go in there there is nobody in the front to help you out. Got bulbs for my car spent 50.00 buck found there the wrong one then found out that they don't take returns if package is open even tho there still brand new. So that piss me off and then they think I'm going to pay another 50 bucks in there store I said and went to O Reilly and got the bulb cheaper there. I never going to shop at advance auto anymore. Time is tuff now a day money wise I can't be throwing money away like that. I don't understand I can take stuff back to walmart and they still will take it even if it was open.

My car was sluggish to start so I stopped to ask if they would check my battery. A nice young man named Kyle came out to help. My battery isn’t that old so, but I was shocked to see it was very corroded. Kyle immediately offered to get a can of cleaner and wire brush to take the corrosion off. After doing that, he checked the battery, alternator, and starter for me. He advised me that the starter was the problem, but was not completely gone. Still I need to get in with a shop soon. Instead of just looking at the corrosion and selling me something I don’t need, he took time to assess the situation. Kyle was very respectful and went out of his way to help me. It’s not the first time I’ve come to this location, and it will not be the last either. I may live closer to your competitor’s store

horrible customer service. did not help with anything redhead yellow teeth girl caused a whole arguement because i was trying to see if a tool would fit on my trailer hitch. would never come here again if i could give it negative 5 stars i would. you need to fire her. i’ve came here multiple times and every time it’s a problem with her even though she is not the worker that i speak with. i will be bring my money to oriley auto parts right down the street. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!
