Advance Auto Parts

So I almost religiously go to Autozone for all my parts. Decided to try Advance for some brake pads for my daughter's car. Had a busy schedule and she decided to take it in. No problems with hlld it against her. Held on the brakes with receipt just incase. In all honesty, yes its been about 15 months since I purchased them but they have a 45 day return policy apparently thats not advertised on their receipt or any where that I've seen. I wanted to exchange for pads for my power wagon and got declined abruptly and stiffly but politely. Date purchased was the first thing she looked for is the point. Looking for a reason to decline the exchange as near as I could tell but I could be wrong. Long story short. If you quite going to a specific store or brand, there was likely a good reason thats

I was having issues with my vehicle and Jennifer was amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel like she really wanted to get to the bottom of the issue and wasn't just trying to sell me something. 10/10 will be back for any of my car needs going forward!

Earlier this evening I needed assistance with installation of my wiper blades. Jennifer G. was at the ready to do that with a smile 😊 and some good conversation. Ms.Jessica is the person that took care of me she was SUPER professional. greeted me as I walked in and made me feel welcomed. not only was she welcoming but her service was fast and accurate! I definitely will be coming back for any future auto part needs 👍😊😊

My family and I used to come to this location and have stopped ever since our last couple transactions due to our experience with the manager Jessica. She had terrible customer service and was completely unprofessional. She did not want to return my fiancé’s battery that had went bad and stated it was still in “good condition” although the battery had already been bulging. We went to another location, where they right away said it was bad and replaced it. On another occasion we needed to make a return. She was very rude and continued to question our return, which was returned due to not fitting properly. She even went as far as smelling the car part to check to see if it had been used.
