Devin in Scottsburg has spectacular customer service. We needed the alternator tested and he stopped what he was doing in the store and immediately came out to test it for us. He was kind and courteous was able to reassure us we were good to head on our way. Thank you for your kindness and genuinely caring for your customers.

A tip from someone who buys a lot of freaking car parts for their POS lol sign up for an online account! It is totally worth it to make your purchases through the app or website and take advantage of the sales they are always running 🤷🏼‍♀️ typically 15-20% off or more, depending. They seem to run at least 20 to 25% off or more on holidays like Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc, but I have never made a purchase online and not had at least 15% off. As an added bonus, when you sign up for the online (Speed Perks) account, you get rewards every so much that you spend lol. I bought a $280 part and acquired a $10 and a $5 off coupon. You can not combine them for 1 purchase unless you have an elite account, but hey whatever LMAO it was something, and it came in handy when I needed to buy the next set

Advance is the only place I go, they have the best staff in Scottsburg. Chase goes above and beyond finding whatever his commercial customers need. Nick is also the same on the DIY/walk in side. Pat always makes sure to greet me when I walk through the doors, as well as the other staff. I never shop anywhere else if I don’t have to.

I came to the store to have my lawnmower battery evaluated. The tech checked it in front of me, told me it was still a good battery, just dead. He recharged it for me then rechecked to make sure it was still holding a charge. He did not charge me a cent! I was very impressed with his honesty & work values. I plan on taking all of my automotive needs to them in the future.

We were driving up interstate 65 when The check engine light code Came on. I called this advance and spoke to Pat. When we got there he ran the test on our van. They were so very nice and helpful.
