There were 3 people talking around the first couple registers I walked up to simply ask if I was looking in the right spot for something after looking for it for 5-10 mins and the manager cuts me off and says “she can help you down there” the girl all the way at the end. I said I just had a quick question and proceeds to tell me she can help you down there so I walked out and that’s the last time I’ll be in there I’m at orileys now 3x a week goes for everyone in the shop no one should be talking to there customers like that

I needed a sparkplug for 5 hp outboard. A try w Amazon was unsuccessful, as was Autozone. Advance Auto parts said they'd have it that afternoon for my pickup. Right on time and cheaper than Amazon! They were friendly and delivered exceptional 5 star service!

I have been here a few times and the staff has been incredibly honest and helpful. I went in recently looking for a new battery, and I talked to the sales associate who told me the cost of the different batteries. After it cost a few dollars more than I expected I asked him if that was a little expensive. Immediately he told me I could probably get it a little cheaper down the road. I also needed to get my check engine light checked and so after checking the code, the associate was immediately able to diagnose my problem. He gave me advice and told me an accurate price. I ended up deciding to get my new battery there as a result of how honest and helpful this associate was. I felt very comfortable here, and like I was getting the best treatment.

I went in to get something for my car interior, and was called "Sir" from the beginning to the end. When I needed to find out more information about the part I needed, an associate came out with me, made the appropriate measurements, and found me the correct size part quickly. It took about 15 minutes to troubleshoot what I needed, buy it, and be on my way. Awesome place and I will be back on my next trip to Seekonk!

5 star service all day everyday. Smart, intelligent, great pricing on every single thing I've ever bought there and people who actually know what they are talking about rather than just reading off a computer screen. Can't picture ever going anywhere else for any car parts for my current and future cars. Thanks for all the help guys!!!
