I went by this store to pick up an accessory for my hitch. They got alot of parts and tools to rent but their customer service is bad. I asked a young guy where this part would be, and he simply said “I don’t know, ask about it upfront”. The older gentleman had to tell his coworker to help check me out and then proceeded to tell him put the phone line on hold. Overall, be aware of employees that are slow, not competent, or just straight up don’t care.
With Advanced Auto no matter which store you go to they have AMAZING service. Thomas at this location kept up that standard. Hospitable, honest and helpful. When you have automotive parts needs don’t mess with anyone else. Advanced Auto Parts 20 star rating!
November 9, 2025 I went into Advanced Auto Parts in Seguin, Texas and was greeted by Thomas who help me get a new battery. Put it in my car and tested the starter and the alternator for me, he was very kind and has excellent customer service.
Diagnosed bad alternator and explained how an upgrade to a higher amp alternator would be a great fit for my truck.
Jason was amazing!! So helpful with replacing our battery. He got a stuck terminal off of the battery, cleaned all of the corrosion off of it, and installed the terminal on the new battery. Then he even carried it to the car for us. Thank you Jason!!!
