I brought in a DieHard AGM battery that kept passing handheld tests but was clearly failing under load. It has sulfated. The Smithfield store told me nothing was wrong, but the Selma team actually listened, ran a proper charger/tester check in the back, and confirmed the battery was bad. They replaced it on the spot, and my truck has been perfect since. Professional, helpful, and they took the time to do it right. Selma has earned my business.

I've always had very positive experiences with this particular store/location. I'm a woman maintaining a Jeep and noticed hesitation when starting my vehicle. I came in for a battery check and luckily Ishmael assisted with letting me know both batteries needed to be replaced asap. He talked me through my options, installed the batteries and made sure to give updates throughout the entire process. It def saved me what would have been an expensive trip to the Jeep service dept. Thank you all for your kindness and expertise!

My car broke down traveling from Florida. The manager was able to help me change the battery and get us back on the road. Made a stressful situation into a happy one for me and my family. Thank you for the help, we really appreciated it.

My cars battery light came on just before a snowstorm rolled in, and Advance Auto Parts was able to help me right away! Ishmael and Christian went out of their way to install the battery, windshield wipers, and add washer fluid. It was so nice to feel safe getting on the road before the storm, without worrying about car trouble! I highly recommend this location, and Ishmael and Christian were very helpful and kind!

Customer service was decent. My main issue with the team member was that when I wanted to join speedperk rewards she ignored it. I was with the company for over 5yrs and my husband for 11yrs, we know how that impacts the store/company. I wasn't even asked if i wanted to join, I said I wanted to on my own accord. I was at this store August 7th at 4:10pm.
