UPDATE: The store manager called me back and was VERY apologetic and made it clear in no uncertain terms that the issue would be dealt with and offered any assistance that she could. Horrible service. I asked for help making certain that I was getting the correct parts. I had my owners manual and a photo of the parts needed. I got to the counter and the rep told me that I he couldn't help me and I just needed to "read the manual" I told him that I read it I just needed help verifying that I had the correct parts. He then started screaming at me "how do you expect me to look it up?" and that I "read the manual." He would not let me get a full sentence out so I walked out.

The employee said I couldn’t change my oil in the parking lot but I could go to roses and do it. I’ve never had this issue before but it defeats the point of loan a tool if you cant work on your vehicle on the property. I won’t be back to this one, none of the other ones I’ve been to have acted like it was a problem so I’ll go to any of them.

Poor lady working was all alone but did a great job!!@

I walked in and 5 or 6 employees were all standing around the registers talking. Not one stopped talking, looked up or greeted me. I stood at the register in front of an employee for almost a minute and still nothing! I finally said, "Excuse me." The guy looked up clearly aggravated that I needed help! He reluctantly looked up the item I needed and rang it up and took my money. I said thank you and apologized that I was in a hurry. He said nothing. No thank you, have a nice day or anything! Very rude! I worked for years in customer service and believe you should always greet customers with a smile and "can I help you" when they walk in. Very unprofessional employees!
