I love this store. Actually both Advanced's in Spring Hill are incredible. Each one gave me info that saved us hundreds, maybe thousands when we were having problems with the truck. The woman that works at this location is so personable. I'd be in there talking to her forever if other customers didn't come in lol and she knows what she's doing and pointed to me to what I needed right away. Everyone else I've interacted with working in there is super nice and helpful too.
I would like to recognize Luis for always being so helpful when I come into the store. I'm actually glad to see him because I know he gives the best customer service. Thanks for always acknowledging me because I always need advice and help with my car parts.
Online ordering was fast and easy. Definitely the way to go. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The most worst service I buy a DieHard gold batterie after a year get bad when I went to them I’m asking for replaced because was under warranty they use so many different excuses they never gave me a new one
