Guys I got to do a great review on this one. I had a friend that had her daughter's car needing brakes and rotors so I met them here and we did it on the parking lot. One of the managers Dean came out to check on us as they have had quite a few people that have done work on their cars in their parking lot and ended up spilling oil and lots of things which ruins the surfaces. When he saw what we were doing and I was teaching them how to do it he was very supportive and even gave some tips and information on some additional things for the car. I was really impressed by his support and how friendly he was. He had a great knowledge of the vehicle and procedures to fix it. Highly recommend coming here to get the items that you need. Usually pretty good, but if you order something online from them on a Saturday they won't ship it till Tuesday. Don't know how they can stay competitive with Amazon when their shipping is so slow. Or why they dont have ship to store and just move parts around their network like O'Reillys

I hardly ever give reviews yet alone a negative one, but I can not believe what just happened. I would give 0 stars if I could. We have never been treated like that EVER at a store. Their website said the Springville store had the trailer tail light we were looking for.. Went to the shelf, and there were only led lights. I started to asked one worker and he cut me off and said "Just a sec." So I went to the guy standing at the counter, I believe his name started with a G tall skinny guy, I think he had glasses showed him my phone and said "It says you have them, but there are only LEDs over there."
