This location Has horrible customer service over the phone Period I have called numerous times To check on parts for vehicles in stock And the lady who aches the phone is always very rude and will put me on hold forever for no reason And literally I have to hang up She has an attitude every time Maybe it's just because I'm a female I don't know Happiness goes a long way even if you're not face to face Don't work with people If you can't Deal with In a nice manner
The so called manager Juan Cruz was rude and disrespectful plus he didn't even know how to do his job. Think he needs some more training on how to talk to customers. Your lucky my husband kept calm lol
