Polite, helpful staff. Prices seem average for similar places, but these folks seem to go above & beyond to help customers solve automotive problems. Great stock & variety of "once-every-five-years" merchandise, like vehicle batteries.

Was driving down the road at night and my highbeams went out. Drove into the auto part on turnersburg highway. Jose G. Helped me out big time. Not super car savy, but he was. Gave me a great deal, helped me put in my new lights(it was difficult, kia have poor design) and got me on my way. Good dude. High recommend for people who dont know their basic car repair to come to this location and ask for him. If he has time to help that is. 10/10

Wendy was very patient and helpful this evening when I came in upset and in need of help. I apologize for not remembering the gentleman's name, but he was very kind and helpful as well.

I came to your store on Saturday 7/19/2025@7:45 am. I was wanting the man who was on duty to check my car to see why engine light was on. Now , mind you I was the only one in the store at that time. He seemed as if he really didn’t want to help me. I shared with him that I had taken my car to a dealership and I didn’t have any code problems,but1. I told him my check engine light had started flashing and it hadn’t before. I also told him that my car was driving funny and I didn’t know why. He first told me that he didn’t have the equipment to check the diagnostic. I knew that was a lie. I had my car checked there many times with the nice older gentleman. The older man would use the code reader to explain to me what was going on. Well long story short, the man with the ponytail finally follo
