Advance Auto in Sulphur is absolutely amazing. Mrs Cheyanne gave me the best price, answered my questions. She went above and beyond to get the parts that I needed , and above and beyond customer service!! Everyone was so very kind, knowledgeable and willing to help. This store is so very clean, they treated me like family and gave me the best deals! I give Sulphur Advance Auto parts INFINITY AND BEYOND STARS! 5 stare aren't enough. I've never been to an Autopart store that is so willing to help in anyway that they can! Go in and see for yourself right here in Sulphur Louisiana! Professional, however very down to earth. The staff was so helpful. I did not have a receipt for the purchase of my battery but they took the time to look up my warranty to find out my battery was covered. Very friendly, I recommend them to everyone

I don’t normally do reviews but Kirk Lambert is derserving of it and I want to give credit where credit is due. I was having issues with my vehicle the other day when I checked everything out my self I thought it was my starter. At that point I went into advance and I was greeted by Kirk Lambert, he asked a few questions about my vehicle. At that moment he could see that I wasn’t the best with mechanics so he offered his expertise on the subject. We walked out to my truck he put the code reader on it and retrieved the codes. We returned inside he pulled them all up and checked them out. Once done doing that he had another idea so we went back to my truck and he hooked up the battery meter which had been done before and it claimed the alternator and battery were both in good condition.
