I want to give a huge thank you to Store Manager Michele Harmon and associate Michele Harmon for their outstanding kindness and support. My car broke down in the store parking lot due to a radiator leak, which was already a frustrating situation. Car trouble is never fun, especially when you’re stressed and trying to figure out what to do. Both of these ladies went above and beyond to help me. They checked on me regularly, were incredibly friendly and understanding, and even allowed me to use store tools so I could get my car fixed and back up and running. Their compassion and willingness to help truly made a difficult situation so much easier. Customer service like this is rare. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. They turned a stressful day into a positive experience,

Just would like to share how great of an experience I had out here on Wednesday February 10th was helped by the staff in troubleshooting and fixing a problem with the car received excellent customer service especially by Mel. Her knowledge expertise customer service and professionalism and patience was extraordinary she helped me to solve my problem and get me back rolling Great job to the team and staff I will be adding you to the route when in Suwanee.

Disappointed in Advanced Auto today, ordered calipers for my Truck using the app. When I went to pick them up, they were two different manufacturers, not what I ordered. Was told that's all they had and if I wanted a matching set, the closet store that had them in stock was 1.5hrs away, and delivery would take three days? Not sure I will ever order something again from Advanced Auto😟 again.
