Refusal to honor a BOUGHT extended replacement warranty. This store and staff is the definition of fraudulent business practices. Before a little customer service bot replies, this is being reported to the Better Business Bureau and State for fraudulent sales and business practices. Customers, do yourselves a favor and shop and give business to anyone but Advanced Auto

The customer service and experience here is the complete opposite of the S Monroe Street store. DT was awesome, customer oriented, fast, and efficient while helping multiple customers by himself. I believe he was the only employee working at the time as I didn't see any others. Tested and replaced my bad battery with a new one in under 20 minutes.

I've been here a few times in the past and always got what I needed quickly and efficiently, but this time really stood out! I had a battery light come on, so I went to get it checked. An incredibly friendly fella named Scott was quick to come help, made great small talk, and gave me really good advice about my battery! He also informed me of some really nice Autozone only perks that I didn't know about. I will 100% be coming back to this location for any of my auto part needs!!!!

Wouldn’t let me return something that was opened on packaging that can’t be opened unless it’s destroyed. Should have stuck with OReillys. Lessened learned on my part.

Mr. Antwan at the Advance Auto Parts store on Apalachee Parkway across from Walmart is an excellent worker. He tested my car battery, helped me select the proper replacement, and promptly installed it. Antwan is honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He made my shopping experience pleasant and he maintains a clean organized store. Even his coworkers speak highly of him. They too are good probably because Mr. Antwan leads by example.
