Great people who work there. The other location by the high school needs to learn from this store. Kim, Reed, the whole staff are kind and pay attention to detail. They resolve issues easily, and are very open and transparent in pricing. There online order are exactly what I order, unlike the other store, if they don't have a part, the immediately process the refund. Thank you guys!

I found the store clean, well organized and very helpful. They provided me a free hookup to the car's charging system to determine that I had a bad alternator and they were more than willing to sell me a new one. The part was good so I was back on the road again. I much prefer these guys to that other parts store (starts with an O') that over charges for everything. Highly recommend.

Yes, they have the best price for my part in town unable to order from online warehouse so got +1 star- The -4 stars is because as I arrived the only man at register walked out to install windshield wipers knowing I'm broke down in texas heat on side of highway....... Been waiting with MULTIPLE employees in store but not one willing to ring up my belt to let me be on my way to fix my vehicle on the side of the highway!? Going on 15 minutes with 3 in store and the one outside installing WIPERS!?

Not impressed. I have been in before when an older gentleman (Bill ?) was working and he was very kind and helpful. Yesterday, I felt like I was bothering the employee . I'll probably go to the new Auto Zone or Walmart for future needs

Nowadays it is rare for people to go above and beyond but today I had exceptional customer service from Mr. Reed. Thank you again for taking the time to help me open my Dads key fob and change the battery.
