Had my shocks in stock at a good price, cheaper than any other autoparts store with 20$ discount for online purchase.
I visited this store today to buy a new battery for my truck. I didn't catch the man's name, but he was an older gentleman with glasses who helped me get it installed into my truck because I forgot my tools to do it myself. He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. The guy inside who rang me up was kind, too. Great store staff all-around. I'll definitely be back if / when I need anything for my vehicles.
I had a dead battery in my car several times because the ignition key does not shut off all they way sometimes and the next day I have a dead battery. I just had that problem again. No one around for a Jumpstart, I called Advance Auto Parts. The team member's customer helped with my decision to purchase a rechargeable battery boost Jumpstart unit. I pick out what I needed.Now when I need the power to Jumpstart I Have the power in my hand. I am a satisfied customer: at Advance Auto Parts for all your auto needs. This store don’t deserve a one star, It deserves a zero star. I bought a jumper pack And it did not work The manager wouldn’t return it. If they’re not doing returns Why not just shop online And save money. The markup is ridiculous anyways The same jumper pack Was $70 online And I paid them 130 Because I like having a local store. From now on out, I will buy online And I suggest you to do the same thing
The woman that answered the phone has a real attitude issue. Go home and take a midol
