Cassidy G. went above and beyond as a customer service associate and helped me with a car battery. I was having a horrible day and he made it right by telling me that everyone has bad days and he understood what I was feeling. He had great hospitality and made my visit to Advance Auto Parts in Thorndale a great one!!

Guy at the front counter was smacking his lips and chewing his gum with his mouth wide open while talking to his customers. Wouldn’t answer the phone for other customers calling. Seemed to not know how to work the computer system. Ended up having to give him my phone number 5-6 times. That’s after he was putting numbers and extra letters in my last name. As he was looking for my parts he was talking very loudly to himself while cursing up a storm with kids waiting behind us. Overall just very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

I went in to Advanced Auto in Thorndale to look for seat covers for my husband's truck as a Christmas gift. Selection was slim to begin with, but when I was going to buy one, the sales associate said they won't accept returns. If my husband doesn't like it or it doesn't fit, then what? I'm stuck with them. I WENT TO AUTO ZONE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET, BOUGHT THE SAME SEAT COVERS I WAS GOING TO BUY AT ADVANCED AUTO, AND AUTO ZONE WILL LET YOU RETURN THEM! Sorry Adanced Auto, but you lost a sale to your competitor.

Brian was super helpful. He helped replace my wife’s windshield wiper for her Subaru at the last minute of store hours during a Holiday. Couldn’t ask for better customer service - and happy the store was open! Make sure Brian from Thorndale store is recognized for great service! Thank you!
