If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. In the midddle of the 1/24 snowstorm, I needed a battery for my wife's car. I was able to jump the old battery in order to get there to purchase a new one. Adam graciously offered to install it for me. He literally spent over an hour out in the cold to help me out. Never go anywhere else if you need any car parts. This is above and beyond excellent customer service. Thank you to Adam and the store manager.

Thank you / shout out to Sam! When I first pulled up to the store, he immediately greeted me and my mother. He listened to my mom talk then me explain what I thought was the issue(lol), then showed knowledge about my issue right away and willingness to help, which goes a long way! He truly went the extra mile to help me when he could’ve easily said “that’s too difficult for us to do.” And sent me on my way. I’m extremely grateful for the expertise and kindness he’s shown me today. This also helped eliminate hardship for me all week being a single mom who works full time, and unexpectedly had my vehicle not start after a football game. Sincerest thank you to Sam!

I’ve been going to this Advance Auto for years. I’ve seen its ups and downs with staff and inventory. I must say, right now, I’m very pleased with the staff and the store in general. May not always be the best price around, but they sure will help you find what you need. The staff keeps earning my business.
