Worst experience at an Advanced Auto. This place is not staffed well, and the staff are tone deaf to issues staring them in the face. Spent 15 minutes waiting in line to buy some small items that I grabbed. Didn’t need any parts, didn’t need anything looked up. The lady was on the phone talking to someone while a male staff member was talking outside after changing a battery. In 15 minutes four other people entered the store for assistance and not once did the lady stop, put the person on hold like usual advanced auto staff do, she finished her call and then finally attended to the store. When she began to check out my two items, power steering fluid and a car scent and she almost rang me up for a radiator fan? This was a joke of a store. Not returning.

Waited up front by the register for 15 min yelling hello and no answer. Then after waiting I heard a door in the back and a female laughing and then a big fella native guy came out front wanting to joke around with keeping me hostage. I then told him nah man I’d like to make my purchase and leave you a review on google. He then did not say anything else. Anyone could have took anything at anytime while this gentleman was in the back doing whatever he was with this female. At 8:45am come on people.

I bought wiper blades online and picked them up at this store. They installed them for me and discovered they didn't fit. They credited me and found some that fit - and - they were on sale. They saved me $43. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
