I had an awesome experience today at the Advance Auto Parts store off Gentry Parkway thanks to Josh! His customer service was outstanding — he went above and beyond to help me find the right part for my vehicle. He didn’t just stop there; he also helped me figure out where to get the other parts that weren’t available at his location. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to really help customers like that. Josh definitely deserves recognition (and a raise!) for his excellent service. Highly recommend seeing him if you need help with anything auto related!
Ernesto was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction and made the transactions smooth as possible! Highly recommend.
Ernie was the best he was so helpful with helping take my wipers off and showed me how to put them on!!! This guy deserves a raise!!!!!<3
I went in today after purchasing a battery online and wondering if I could get help replacing the old battery out with the new one and Ernesto went above and beyond in doing so for me and making sure I was taken care of. Great customer service.
I made a super quick stop by advanced auto for some seafoam and not only was I greeted by Josh but he made the whole experience so enjoyable and quick! Love his customer service skills and made me feel excited to be walking into the parts store. Definitely will be back
