Joseph from Valvoline was so helpful. He was in the process of putting away product but stopped everything and walked us through multiple purchases. He also had suggestions and recommendations. If he ever applies for a hire position, I hope he gets it because his customer service is extraordinary!!!
Staff at the Vails Gate store are knowlegeable and very helpful every time I go there. Best customer service around.!
5 guys standing around doing nothing. Not helpful at all, wouldn't scan codes even though it's advertised on the website. Had an attitude when I asked about the service politely. Went across the street to O'Reilly's and was scanned in under 5 min and spent my money there. Next time I need anything I'm going to advance past this dump and go across the street. 😂
despite what the website says, they do not pull engine codes at this location. the associate I asked was fairly dismissive.
Jordan was so nice and helpful. I took my mom with her car to get her battery tested after we had to jump it. Was so nice and reassuring on what we needed to do going forward. Highly suggest this location and Jordan
