Stopped in for oil, the young woman working ( Octavia) was super helpful and friendly..she took time to help me access my online advance account to use my rewards, thank you Octavia!!!.. easy to get to about 7mins from the interstate exit.. good place to stop for your car needs and great customer service!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Their battery tester was down. Couldn't help us
I stopped on a Sunday and explained Im a shop owner in Florida and he proceeded to tell me they have to call the shop and get proof who I am....I said my cell is the shop number and Im standing right in front of you, call the number on file and listen! He wouldn't do it. So I went elsewhere and got a warm welcome.
Guy told me there was no such thing a a fuel bowl heater for my 7.3 diesel and that I didn't know what I was talking about. Advance keeps getting worse each yr. They are not helpful and could care less about my business. Sad because I spend thousands each year restoring old trucks and cars.
I had a wonderful experience today with the lady and the guy working today. They really helped explain some things about my battery and we're just extremely nice and gave me alot of information. I will continue to use advance auto parts due to the great service I received today.
