Ordered multiple orders same day delivery around noon, giving them 8 hours to drive a whopping 5 miles to deliver…. Will get items next day due to incompetent staff (I won’t hold my breath). They weren’t sure if it was a glitch and instead of calling me to confirm, the response was “I’m surprised you waited so long to call we’re about to close soon”. The delivery window was 12-8pm… forgive me if I assumed that when you saw some delivery orders come through, you would, Idk, do your job? Give me a break, I ordered through Autozone, same day and same time and got the order delivered an hour later, I know who I’ll be doing business with from now on…

Another parts store where employees have no IQ when it comes to car parts. Wrong Pads on many occasions. Had a past Store manager argue with me one time over a Oxy Upstream sensor. Stating " AcDelco isnt OEM for Cheverolet ".. & when it comes to Upstream Oxys. Aftermarket ones will forsure make vehicle run totally erratic. Very important Sensor. Always go OEM.

I was just there to drop off used oil and oil change but their oil collection tank was full, so I had to take it with me. I went to another location the next day.

Going to be completely honest here. Steven the manager and (Aiden? The rep at the register) were very professional about the issue I had regarding my recent return of a battery that was sold at the store. They assisted me in every way possible and even went above and beyond, in their service. As I rethink about the conversation I really appreciate the time they took to answer my questions which had initially led to my frustration. They were able to help me without missing a beat. They remained professional and assisted me in the process of my battery issue. I don't know what training your employees receive but keep doing what you're doing!
