Advance Auto Parts

They were polite and professional. I needed new windshield wipers and they even put them on for me. Ty

Christina/Kyle are awesome associates, and very helpful. My low star is for the cold in the store. Me and my son were there for 15 minutes, and we froze. Christina was wearing a coat the entire time. We were all in doors, and it felt as if we were outside. They should be able to work comfortably, and that's not happening.

After Tony left, had terrible experiences here. However, today I worked with Chris and Kyle and they were incredibly helpful. Seems like the right people were finally hired to replace some really excellent former employees. Thank you Chris and Kyle!

Every time I'm there, they have been extremely helpful and offer options to solve my problems. The staff is fantastic, helping me diagnose issues and providing me options to save money. Extremely trustworthy!

It's nights like tonight where my faith in humanity is a bit more restored ! I went here to grab some oil for my vehicle which a gentleman named Seth was helping so patiently and kindly figure out which I needed with the little info I gave . Another employee named Jeff I believe ... also stepped in and helped to put oil in my vehicle but noticed something not right and ended up finding oil in my coolant which was a cross contamination I was unaware of and extremely thankful he found so I can properly get the issue fixed ! This was all close to the end of there shift and it even rained at one point and neither one of them flinched so eager to lend a helping hand . Honestly what an absolute assets to the company Jeff is with much knowledge and Seths great customer service. Give them a raise
