Wow! I had a great experience at this store. Orval went above and beyond to help me find some parts for my Nissan Altima. I was sick and could hardly talk which made his thoughtfulness and kindness all the more appreciated. I would highly recommend!

Carlos was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it back home to New Bern without him. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend him. He should definitely get a promotion with his care and diligence. Can't say enough.
Dude was super nice about helping me out on the rear windshield wiper blade that was really tough to get on. Plus, he found my headlight, the wiper, & installed it in no time at all. He couldn't install the headlight for me but I didn't mind. Figured he wouldn't be able to. Nice ppl who greet you as you walk in, always willing to help with whatever you need and they had good, fair prices. I expected them to be a bit more expensive, tbh. Clean store, it was busy when I went in at about 230pm on a rainy Monday afternoon but he helped me as soon as I walked in.
