Unprofessional manager guy (with grey hair - Goatee beard). He acts like he owns the place. He lied to me about a 40$ rebate he told to come back next week and then upcoming week… nothing happened. He also refused to return an oil jug that was leaking ( never opened) The rest of the employees are friendly. This the only reason i still go there sometimes. Even i took my business to different auto parts companies.
The balled guy who claims to be the supervisor is very rude and obnoxious. I saw him chase customers out the store. Omg- I am never coming back here
Thos store is great, I buy all of my products from this store and is always in top condition to sell.
I came in today because I had a lot of coercion on my battery. I also needed a new bolt for my negative terminal. Javier is who assisted me. All I have to say is this guy was amazing! He was polite and professional. He directed me to the right bolt to get, and even came out to my car to help me clean my battery and install the new bolt. He was so helpful and even educated me as well. I will only be buying my car parts from Advanced Auto now due to how great Javier was. Thank you so much!
